Where is Warstic Located?

Our headquarters are in Dallas, Texas.

What is the quality of the wood used in Warstic bats?

Our wood bats are cut from our top 10% of maple, ash, or birch billets.  We also offer a Pro Prime Reserve wood option which means your wood bat is being made with the top 3% of wood available, the same quality as our pros.


How long will it take to receive my custom bat order?

Most orders are shipped between 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the order.  Warstic ships all bats via FedEx Ground.  If you'd like a bat made for a special event, please contact us before ordering to see if our current production schedule will allow us to accommodate your needs. 


What is your warranty policy on wood and metal bats?

What is the general weight drop on a wood bat?

The general drop on an adult wood bat is between -2oz. to -3oz.  Youth wood bats range from -8oz. to -9oz.

Do all wood bats come with free engraving? 

All Pro Custom and Designer Series wood bats come with free player or team name engraved on the bat. Select your preferred engraving style and make sure your engraving is spelled correctly.


How do I care for my Warstic? 

Store your Warstic vertically, handle up.  Clean your bat with alcohol after using and keep the bat dry during storage. Use Linseed oil if your bat does get wet. You may smooth the bat using a piece of bone or similar hard surface. 


How do I hold my Warstic when batting?

The Warstripe trademark should always be pointed facing you.  The Warstripe trademark is on the non-grain side on maple and birch bats, whereas the Warstripe logo is on the grain side on all ash bats.


Does Warstic ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship internationally. Our standard flat fee is $125, but sometimes it is much more than that.  If your order will cost significantly more than this to ship we will let you know.  At this point you can choose to cancel the order and get a full refund or pay for the additional shipping. 


Do you offer price breaks for larger quantities? 

If you, your team, or your league want to place an order for a dozen or more bats, please contact us for pricing.


Do you offer promotional bats for special events or gifts? 

Yes.  We have designers on staff who can assist in creating the bat design for your event or gift. We offer free design services for orders over twenty (20) bats.  Please visit the X section of our site to see the options we provide.


When are your orders processed? 

All orders are processed on the next business day (M-F). All orders received on the weekend will be processed on the first business day of the following week. Production timeframe will start after the order is processed.


Where can I purchase Warstic products?

We sell only direct to customers.  You will not find us at any of these retail outlets: Dicks Sporting Goods, BaseballExpress.com, Academy, etc.  Please shop at www.warstic.com.
