What is the quality of the wood used in Warstic bats?
Our wood bats are cut from our top 10% of maple, ash, or birch billets. We also offer a Pro Prime Reserve wood option which means your wood bat is being made with the top 3% of wood available, the same quality as our pros.
How can I check the status of my order?
An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is processed. Tracking information will be sent in a separate email once your order ships. Most orders, excluding custom wood bat orders, are shipped the following business day after your order is placed. Please allow up to two (2) business days for a status update on all custom wood bat orders.
When are your orders processed?
All orders are processed on the next business day (M-F). All orders received on the weekend will be processed on the first business day of the following week. Production timeframe will start after the order is processed.
How long will it take to receive my custom bat order?
Most orders are completed between 2-4 weeks during slow season (Sept-March) and 3-5 weeks (during high season, April-August), depending on the size of the order. If you selected rush production for your custom wood bat order, your bat will be made in 8 to 12 business days, but will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless another shipping option is selected at checkout.

Do you have a retail storefront?
In case you missed the news, we’ve just purchased a headquarters in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood with plans to open in early 2018. We have opened a temporary showroom and demo center that customers can visit while we are under construction See it here!
Do you offer team sponsorships or free demos?
Our take is that baseball is trending heavily toward making quality instruction more and more inaccessible to kids who can’t afford it, therefore we do not sponsor teams. Instead, So we choose to align our giving efforts directly to individual youth players who most need it. We are dedicated to helping kids with a passion for baseball, but no means to pursue it financially. We help them access higher level baseball training through individual scholarships. Contact us to nominate a youth in your community.

Do you offer promotional bats for special events or gifts?
We offer free design services for promotional bats on orders over 12 bats. If you need bats made for a special event, please contact us before ordering to ensure our current production schedule will allow us to accommodate your order.

Do all wood bats come with free engraving?
How do I care for my wood bat?
Store your wood bat vertically, handle up. Clean your bat with alcohol after using and keep the bat dry during storage. Use linseed oil if your bat gets wet. You may smooth the bat using a piece of bone or similar hard surface.
How do I hold my wood bat when batting?
The Warstripe trademark logo should always be pointed facing you. The Warstripe trademark logo is on the non-grain side on maple and birch bats, whereas the Warstripe logo is on the grain side on ash bats.
Does Warstic ship internationally?
Warstic does ship internationally. Our standard flat fee is $125 for most countries.

Will your bats meet the new USA Baseball standards for 2018?
