USSSA Bat Trial — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 4, 2026
The Warstic 60-Day Game Trial ("Trial") allows eligible customers to receive and use a new Bonesaber Composite USSSA bat for up to sixty (60) days before deciding whether to keep it. By participating in the Trial, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Warstic's Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on Warstic.com.
1. Eligibility
The Trial is available only to eligible customers located within the United States. Warstic reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, suspend, or terminate participation in the Trial at its sole discretion.
Warstic may limit the number of Trial bats per customer (set at 1 per customer), household (set at 1 per household), payment method, shipping address, or account.
2. Payment Authorization
By enrolling in the Trial, you authorize Warstic and its authorized payment processing partners to store your payment information, place authorization holds when applicable, and charge the payment method provided in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You agree that Warstic may charge your payment method for:
- The full purchase price of the bat if the Trial is not properly canceled and returned.
- Any applicable taxes or fees.
- Any charges resulting from fraud, abuse, failed authorization of card on hold, unauthorized modifications, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Trial Period
The Trial begins on the date the bat is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
The Trial period lasts sixty (60) calendar days from the delivery date.
The bat may be used during practices, games, tournaments, batting cages, and normal baseball activities during the Trial period.
4. How to Return the Bat
If you decide not to keep the bat, you must contact Warstic and initiate your return before the expiration of the 60-day Trial period. You must submit your request via the official link found on https://warstic.com/pages/return-policy labeled "60 Day Trial Return"
Failure to notify Warstic before the Trial period expires will result in the purchase being finalized and your payment method being charged for the full purchase price of the bat.
Once a charge has been processed due to expiration of the Trial period, the charge will not be reversed based solely on a missed return deadline.
Warstic will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Free Shipping
Warstic provides free outbound shipping and free return shipping for approved Trial returns.
Customers must use the return shipping method provided by Warstic. Warstic is not responsible for return shipments sent using unauthorized shipping methods.
6. Condition of Returned Bat
Normal baseball use is expected and permitted during the Trial.
You agree to use the bat only for its intended purpose and in accordance with Warstic's Bat Care and Usage Guidelines.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the Trial and full purchase charges:
- Rolling the bat
- Shaving the bat
- Altering or modifying the bat
- Tampering with certification markings
- Any activity that would void the manufacturer's warranty
- Any misuse determined by Warstic to be outside normal baseball use
Warstic reserves the right to inspect all returned bats and determine whether the bat has been altered, abused, or damaged beyond normal use.
7. Bat Breakage During Trial
If the bat becomes cracked, broken, damaged, or otherwise unusable during the Trial period, you must notify Warstic within forty-eight (48) hours of discovering the issue.
Warstic may require photographs, return of the bat, or additional information before determining eligibility for warranty consideration or replacement.
Continued use of a visibly damaged bat is prohibited.
8. Warranty
The Bonesaber Composite USSSA bat includes Warstic's standard twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period begins on the original delivery date of the bat, not the date of payment or completion of the Trial.
Participation in the Trial does not extend or restart the warranty period.
All warranty claims remain subject to Warstic's standard Warranty Policy.
9. Communications
By participating in the Trial, you consent to receive communications from Warstic regarding:
- Trial reminders

11. Program Changes
Warstic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Trial program at any time for future participants.
Any modifications will not affect Trial periods already in progress unless required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.
12. Fraud and Abuse
Warstic reserves the right to cancel participation, refuse future participation, charge the payment method on file, or pursue any available remedies if Warstic determines that a participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
