30 Day Metal Bat Demo Guarantee

We offer a 30 day demo period to try your metal baseball or softball bat:

• All new or used non-custom metal baseball or softball bat returns made within 30 days of receiving the bat are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund. You must CONTACT US on or before day 21 to start the return process. Unless you are processing an exchange or store credit, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. We do not refund the original shipping charge.

Used bats are no longer eligible for return after the 30th day of it being in your possession. We consider Day 1 of the bat entering your possession to be the day the bat delivery tracking shows it as “Delivered”, bats purchased in-store will be considered in your possession from date of purchase.

Credit cards used to place your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase and reflect any discounts applied to the order. We do not refund the original shipping charge.

**NOTE** We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this policy is abused. Examples of abuse include ordering more than one bat for demo purposes (i.e. ordering a Hawk2, Gunner and Bonesaber in the same size, or same bat in multiple sizes), then keeping one bat and returning the others. If we suspect this is the case, we will only offer a 50% refund on returned bats.
