Shipping Delays & Cancelling Orders
If you receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped, with the tracking link, that means your order has been processed by our warehouse, boxed, labeled and is now ready for pick-up by the carrier.From time to time, we have seen a delay in the amount of time from when you receive that email and when the tracking is updated by the carrier. Once we have notified you that your order has shipped, we only have access to the same information that you have via the tracking information. Carriers are still processing a higher than normal amount of packages so delays may happen.
Its tough. We pick, pack, label and deliver packages to our carriers VERY QUICKLY. Once they have it we cannot recall/refund. All is not lost you simply need to wait for the package to arrive and files for an exchange or return. Please visit our Warranty & Returns page to do so. Feel free to email us at Support@warstic.com to inquire about canceling but please understand the above message. Our exchange and return process is very user friendly so please if your order is already with the carrier use this solution.
Discounts
No. Our system does not allow you to stack discounts/use multiple codes on an order. We always suggest you use either the code that will expire first or result in the best offer for your purchase.
No. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders. To take advantage of the discount, you must apply it to your cart prior to checkout. We do not apply discounts retroactively.

Orders & Shipping
Currently, Free Shipping is only available to customers within the continental United States. Orders over $150 automatically qualify for free shipping, just select that option at checkout. Exclusions apply, select items do not qualify for free shipping.

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been received. Tracking information will be sent in a separate email once your order ships. Most orders, excluding custom wood bat orders, are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Rush Shipping: Rush orders placed by 1 PM CT will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM CT will ship the following business day.Please allow up to two (2) business days for a status update on all custom wood bat orders. If you feel you order is delayed beyond these timelines please visit our contact page .
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Warstic Sports has paid for only the shipping cost for your order. Please be aware that the carrier will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. International shipping is not eligible for free shipping. Currently, we do allow shipping on select items to Canada. Please CONTACT US if you have any questions regarding your order. We do not ship anywhere else internationally due to ongoing issues with carriers and shipping delays. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may pose and are actively working to expand our retail partnerships to better serve our fans outside of the US. Metal Bats
No. Because we do not make a white bat. We only make a cream/natural/tan BBCOR bat. All of Warstic's BBCOR certified Metal Bats, including Bonesaber, have been tested and approved for NCAA/NJCAA play. Click HERE to see the list of approved bats. For further clarification, click HERE to see the list of prohibited bats, the Warstic Bonesaber is not on the prohibited list.
Wood Bats
Our wood bats are cut from our top 10% of maple, ash, or birch billets. We also offer a Pro Prime Reserve wood option which means your wood bat is being made with the top 3% of wood available, the same quality as our pros.
All custom wood bats come with free engraving.
Store your wood bat vertically, handle up. Clean your bat with alcohol after using and keep the bat dry during storage. Use linseed oil if your bat gets wet. You may smooth the bat using a piece of bone or similar hard surface.
The Warstripe trademark logo should always be pointed facing you. The Warstripe trademark logo is on the non-grain side on maple and birch bats, whereas the Warstripe logo is on the grain side on ash bats.

Warstripe Rewards
Warstripe Rewards is a free program we offer all Warstic Customers. You can sign up when you place your order, or by clicking the shopping icon in the bottom left corner of Warstic.com to open the program dashboard.
For ever $1 spent with Warstic (taxes and shipping costs do not earn reward points), you earn 7 reward points. You can also earn points upon sign up, using the dashboard to follow us on social media and share your birthday. Occasionally, we randomly give out reward points. At this time, we do not retroactively give points for purchases made prior to joining the program.
Points can be redeemed by logging into the reward dashboard, just click the 🛍 in the bottom right corner to launch. From there, you can see your point total and what rewards are available to you at this time.To redeem, select which reward you would like, redeem 1000 points for Free Shipping or $10 off of your purchase, or redeem 2000-5000 points for $20-$50 off your purchase. You can also redeem points for rewards in the checkout.Please note, rewards are issued as a discount code. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
