If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (shipping fees apply). This policy excludes bats. Products must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Credit cards used to place your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased.
Original receipt is required for all returns.
We offer a twenty-one (21) day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY on all metal bat purchases made after January 15, 2019. The 21 one day demo period begins on the date your bat is shown as delivered via USPS or FedEx tracking or date of purchase if you bought your bat at our showroom or a pop up event. Beginning on that date, you have 21 days to demo the bat. If during that period you are unsatisfied, contact us on or before the 21st day to return the bat for a full refund. You only pay for the return shipping of the bat.
All wood bats are made to order, and therefore, are non-refundable. Each bat is checked for cracks, dents, and significant grain lines where a split might occur before they are shipped to each customer. If the bat you received is not to the specifications you gave at the time of ordering, or your bat has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it for you.
We will gladly exchange product for alternate sizes and/or colors of the exact product originally purchased only (shipping fees apply). This policy excludes wood bats. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your exchange for the replacement to be shipped back out. All products must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging that you received it in.

Each Warstic wood bat is checked for cracks, dents, blemishes, and significant grain lines where a split might occur before being shipped to each customer. For this reason, and due to the nature of the game, there is no warranty offered on wood bats.
Occasionally, breaks may still occur as a result of mis-hits and/or misuse. Mis-hits and/or misuse include, but are not limited to: making contact outside of the sweet spot, making contact on the back/front side of the bat, hitting anything other than baseballs, and/or slamming the bat on any surface.
If you feel your bat broke as a result of a manufacturing defect, and not as a result of the mis-hit and/or misuse examples listed above, please contact us to request a return shipping label for your bat within thirty (30) days of purchase.
If, after inspection, we determine your bat is eligible for a replacement because of a manufacturing defect, and not as a result of mis-hits and/or misuse, we will ship a replacement back to you at no charge.
We reserve the right to refuse offering a replacement to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care. We reserve the right to fully inspect each broken bat to determine if a bat is eligible to receive a replacement, and will replace the bat(s) at our discretion.
No replacements will be offered without a receipt.
All metal bats come with a one-time replacement during a one (1) year warranty period from date of purchase. Our factory warranty covers only major denting from normal use occurring one year from the date of purchase and/or structural cracking from normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Our factory warranty does not cover grip replacement, paint chipping, cosmetic blemishes, improper care, overuse, and/or abuse/misuse of the bat(s). End-plugs may be replaced or repaired if found to be defective and will not affect your warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. We reserve the right to perform all necessary testing to determine if a bat meets warranty requirements and will either repair or replace the bat(s) at our discretion.
Please contact us to request a return shipping label for your bat.
Once the bat is returned, it becomes property of Warstic and cannot be returned to the customer as it may require further testing for manufacturing defects.
Warranty applies for individual bat use only; warranty does not apply to a bat with multiple users and/or used as a team bat.
No warranties will be offered without a receipt.
Purchases made from third-party auction sites or bats not purchased from an authorized dealer are not eligible for a warranty.
