Made with aerospace grade aluminum, which provides superior tensile strength at 92 ksi. Taking cues from our baseball bat designs, the shaft features our iconic Wartip look (the glossy end section, with a matte finish on the rest of the shaft) and our one of a kind Pommel Precision end cap.

This policy only applies to purchases made on Warstic.com, our official Amazon Shop, the Warstic Showroom in Dallas, Texas or at Official Warstic Events. Warstic items purchased through a third-party can only be returned or exchanged with that retailer, in accordance to their policy.

Any warranty claim on metal and wood bats purchased from third-party retailer requires proof of purchase. CLICK HERE to submit a claim.

 

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the day you receive your purchase/date of receipt (shipping fees apply). Please CLICK HERE to begin the return process. This policy excludes USED wood or metal bats (see used bat return policy below). Products must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Metal Bats must be still in the original plastic. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

DO NOT send back an item before contacting us to begin the return/exchange process.

Face Masks and Neck Gaiters are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.

Credit cards used to place your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase and reflect any discounts applied to the order. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if we suspect abuse of our policy. 

Original receipt is required for all returns.

All wood bats are made to order, and therefore, are non-refundable. Each bat is checked for cracks, dents, and significant grain lines where a split might occur before they are shipped to each customer. If the bat you received is not to the specifications you gave at the time of ordering, or your bat has been damaged during shipping, please CLICK HERE to contact us so our team can address the issue.

Returning Used Metal Bats:

We offer a 21 day demo period to try your metal bat:

  1. A full refund can be issued on used metal baseball bat returns made within seven (7) days of receiving the bat, or twenty-one (21) days for fastpitch bats, you must CONTACT US on or before day 7/day 21 to start the return process to be eligible for the full refund. We do not refund the original shipping charge, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  2. After Day 7 for used metal bats, your option is to 1) receive a full refund for store credit or 2) refund to your credit card the purchase amount minus a $100 restocking fee. You must CONTACT US on or before day 21. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Used bats are no longer eligible for return after the 21st day of it being in your possession. We consider Day 1 of the bat entering your possession to be the day the bat delivery tracking shows it as “Delivered”, bats purchased in-store will be considered in your possession from date of purchase.

HOWEVER, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund if this policy is abused. Examples of abuse include ordering more than one bat for demo purposes (i.e. ordering a Hawk2, Gunner and Bonesaber in the same size, or same bat in multiple sizes), then keeping one bat and returning the others. If we suspect this is the case, we will only offer a 50% refund on returned bats.

WARRANTIES:

Each Warstic wood bat is checked for cracks, dents, blemishes, and significant grain lines where a split might occur before being shipped to each customer. For this reason, and due to the nature of the game, there is no warranty offered on wood bats.

Occasionally, breaks may still occur as a result of mis-hits and/or misuse. Mis-hits and/or misuse include, but are not limited to: 

  • making contact outside of the sweet spot
  • making contact on the incorrect side of the bat for that type of wood
  • hitting anything other than regulation baseballs (including cage/high compression balls)
  • slamming the bat on any surface

If you feel your bat broke as a result of a manufacturing defect, and not as a result of the mis-hit and/or misuse examples listed above, please CONTACT US to begin the review process. 

If, after inspection, we determine your bat is eligible for a replacement because of a manufacturing defect, and not as a result of mis-hits and/or misuse, we will ship a replacement back to you at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse offering a replacement to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care. We reserve the right to fully inspect each broken bat to determine if a bat is eligible to receive a replacement, and will replace the bat(s) at our discretion.

All metal bats (both baseball and fastpitch) come with a one-time replacement during a nine (9) month warranty period from date of purchase. Our factory warranty covers only major denting from normal use occurring nine months from the date of purchase and/or structural cracking from normal use for nine months from the date of purchase. Our factory warranty does not cover grip replacement, paint chipping, cosmetic blemishes, improper care, overuse, and/or abuse/misuse of the bat(s). Use of anything other than regulation baseballs (i.e. cage/high compression balls) will shorten the life of your bat, and can be classified as misuse in filing a warranty claim.

Warranty claims made on limited edition/small batch release bats will be replaced with the comparable model if the original style/size purchased is no longer available. This is due to the finite inventory on the limited edition/small batch release bats, once that style/size is sold out, that's it.

Warranty claims made on metal bat purchases that were permanently marked down/purchased from the Warehouse Clearance section of Warstic.com are only eligible for store credit. The purchase price of the original bat will be applied to the replacement and we will send you a link to pay the difference. Warranty claims made on bats not purchased directly from Warstic require proof of purchase. Bats purchased on clearance from select third-party retailers are ineligible for warranty claims. Use the form below to contact us if you have any questions about your bats eligibility for a claim. 

We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. We reserve the right to perform all necessary testing to determine if a bat meets warranty requirements and will either repair or replace the bat(s) at our discretion.

Once the bat is returned, it becomes property of Warstic and cannot be returned to the customer as it may require further testing for manufacturing defects.

Warranty applies for individual bat use only; warranty does not apply to a bat with multiple users and/or used as a team bat. Each bat is eligible for one warranty claim replacement. Our warranty policy does not apply to replacement bats received as a warranty claim.

No warranties will be offered without a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty does not transfer from original purchaser, as we have no way of assessing the condition of the bat when it is purchased second-hand. Purchases made from third-party auction sites or bats not purchased from an authorized dealer are not eligible for a warranty.

If any section of your Warstic Fly Rod becomes damaged, you can purchase a replacement section for $50. Use the form below to contact us and begin the replacement process. If you believe the damage is due to manufacturer error and not regular usage, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase so we can assess the issue.

Warranty claims made on rods not purchased directly from Warstic require proof of purchase. Use the form below to contact us if you have any questions about your bats eligibility for a claim. 

We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. We reserve the right to perform all necessary testing to determine if a rod meets warranty requirements and will either repair or replace the rod at our discretion.
