2018 COOPERSTOWN HALL OF FAME SANDLOT POSTER

Before his concert at Brewery Ommegang, Jack White and the Warstic Woodmen were scheduled to play a sandlot game against a local Cooperstown league at the historic Doubleday Field. These special edition prints had already been produced in limited quantity to have on hand at the game; however, the weather refused to cooperate. It rained all night and throughout the morning making Doubleday unplayable.

As the Warstic Woodmen gathered in a small local diner to regroup, Jack decided rain or shine... we were playing ball that day. The Warstic team scrambled to pull in any favors and any contacts they could (even a call to the local Mayor) before finally getting the ok to use a small public field outside of town.

It was a mud pit by then with no chalk lines and high grass, but almost like it was planned the rain let up as we walked out for the first pitch. What happened next was a classic sandlot game with dugout beers, loose animals on the field and a general good time had by all. 

In attendance was the President of the Baseball Hall of Fame who watched as the Warstic Woodmen continued their undefeated streak. After the game, he personally requested that Jack White's game used bat be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. See our blog post for full photos from the event 

These posters now symbolize the game that never happened at Doubleday but led to a turn of events that got a Warstic in the Baseball Hall of Fame (so we are keeping a few for ourselves). This screen printed poster is 13"x19"

WARSTIC PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY:

METAL BATS

All Warstic® metal and composite bats (baseball, fastpitch and slowpitch) come with a one-time replacement during a twelve (12) month warranty period from date of receipt with the exclusion of final sale bats. 

Our factory warranty covers only major denting from normal use occurring twelve months from the date of receipt and/or structural cracking from normal use for twelve months from the date of receipt. Our factory warranty does not cover grip replacement, paint chipping, cosmetic blemishes, improper care, overuse, and/or abuse/misuse of the bat(s). Use of anything other than regulation baseballs or softballs (i.e. cage/high compression balls) will shorten the life of your bat, and can be classified as misuse in filing a warranty claim. Any bat that has been "rolled" is no longer eligible for warranty replacements.

Warranty claims made on limited edition/small batch release bats will be replaced with the comparable model if the original style/size purchased is no longer available. This is due to the finite inventory of the limited edition/small batch release bats, once that style/size is sold out, that's it.

Warranty claims made on metal or composite bat purchases that were permanently marked down/purchased from the Warehouse Clearance section of Warstic.com are only eligible for store credit. The purchase price of the original bat will be applied to the replacement and we will send you a link to pay the difference. Warranty claims made on bats not purchased directly from Warstic require proof of purchase. Bats purchased on clearance from third-party retailers are ineligible for warranty claims or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. We reserve the right to perform all necessary testing to determine if a bat meets warranty requirements and will either repair or replace the bat(s) at our discretion.

Once the bat is returned, it becomes property of Warstic and cannot be returned to the customer as it may require further testing for manufacturing defects.

Warranty applies for individual bat use only; warranty does not apply to a bat with multiple users and/or used as a team bat. Each bat is eligible for one warranty claim replacement. Our warranty policy does not apply to replacement bats received as a warranty claim.

No warranties will be offered without a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty does not transfer from original purchaser, as we have no way of assessing the condition of the bat when it is purchased second-hand. Purchases made from third-party auction sites or bats not purchased from an authorized dealer are not eligible for a warranty.

 

WOOD BATS

30 Day Limited Warranty on Warstic® Pro Prime Ink Dot Wood Bats

This policy only applies to Warstic Wood bats, made using our Pro Prime Wood (designated by an ink dot on the handle), either custom or stock. If in the first 30 days of normal usage you experience an issue with your bat, we will issue a one-time replacement. To file a claim, use the form at the bottom of the page. Only the original purchaser is eligible for the warranty and claims made on a bat made from a 3rd party retailer must provide proof of purchase. Custom bat replacements will be remade per the original order at Standard Production speed (16-28 business days).


Each Warstic wood bat is checked for cracks, dents, blemishes, and significant grain lines where a split might occur before being shipped to each customer. For this reason, and due to the nature of the game, there is no warranty offered on wood bats.

Occasionally, breaks may still occur as a result of mis-hits and/or misuse. Mis-hits and/or misuse include, but are not limited to:

    making contact outside of the sweet spot
    making contact on the incorrect side of the bat for that type of wood
    hitting anything other than regulation baseballs (including cage/high compression balls)
    slamming the bat on any surface

If you feel your bat broke as a result of a manufacturing defect, and not as a result of the mis-hit and/or misuse examples listed above, please CONTACT US to begin the review process.

If, after inspection, we determine your bat is eligible for a replacement because of a manufacturing defect, and not as a result of mis-hits and/or misuse, we will ship a replacement back to you at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse offering a replacement to any person who does not follow recommended product use and care. We reserve the right to fully inspect each broken bat to determine if a bat is eligible to receive a replacement, and will replace the bat(s) at our discretion. 


BATTING GLOVES

IK3 PRO SHORT CUFF, IK3 PRO LONG CUFF, AND DFNDR BATTING GLOVES

Our batting gloves are known as the most durable in the industry. However, we cannot predict the amount of wear and tear any individual player will put on them in any certain time period.  Our standard warranty on batting gloves is 30 days. After that time period you can reach out within 90 days if you feel there is a defect. Please submit a warranty claim with pics and we will determine if your gloves are experiencing normal wear and tear due to heavy usage, or a defect that we will be happy to replace. 

WORKMAN4 BATTING GLOVES

The Workman4 is built to last a full season and backed by a 6-month warranty, including a one-time replacement if the glove fails.

Because every player puts different wear on their gear, we review each claim individually. If you experience an issue, submit a warranty claim with photos and our team will determine whether it’s normal wear from heavy use or a defect eligible for replacement.

BAGS

Designed to withstand the demands of the game, our bags deliver unmatched durability. If a manufacturing defect arises within 6 months of purchase, we’ll make it right. If you believe there’s an issue after that period, submit a claim—we’ll review it and resolve it if it qualifies for repair or replacement.

To start a claim, email warrantyclaim@warstic.cim and include proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If it’s determined to be a manufacturing issue, we’ll resolve it with the same care and commitment we put into every product.

WARSTIC PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

DO NOT send back an item before contacting us to begin the return/exchange process.

**NOTE** The following policy only applies to purchases made directly from us on Warstic.com, our official Amazon Shop, or the Warstic Flagship Store in Dallas. Warstic items purchased through a third-party retailer or dealer can only be returned or exchanged through that retailer, in accordance with their policy.

Any warranty claim on metal and wood bats purchased from third-party retailer requires proof of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the day you receive your purchase/date of receipt. Please CLICK HERE to begin the return process. This policy excludes wood bats; metal bats can be returned under our 30 Day Risk Free Guarantee (read more HERE). Products must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging.

Face Masks and Neck Gaiters are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.

Credit cards used to place your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase and reflect any discounts applied to the order. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if we suspect abuse of our policy.
